The Heavy Element Nuclear and Radiochemistry Group in the Nuclear Science Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory seeks an outstanding postdoctoral scientist to conduct research exploring the chemical properties of the heaviest elements. This is successful applicant will work on a unique interdisciplinary project focusing both on chemistry and nuclear science to preform gas phase chemistry on isotopes of heavy elements in one-atom-at-a-time reactions.
