We invite applications for a postdoctoral researcher position in mass spectrometry with SHIPTRAP. The 2-year position will support our research program on nuclear physics of heavy and superheavy element with Penning-trap mass spectrometry at the GSI in Darmstadt. The project will also comprise methodological developments and the construction of experimental equipment.

The Theoretical Nuclear Physics Group of the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, Croatia, seeks outstanding candidate for up to 6-year PhD assistant position. The successful candidate will be engaged in the frontier research of nuclear structure and dynamics, and neutrino-nucleus reactions in the relativistic nuclear energy density functional theory and applications in nuclear astrophysics.
