FRIB Theory Users (Working) Group

Welcome to the FRIB Theory Users (Working) Group, incorporated as a part of the FRIB Users Organization. The primary purpose of this group is to organize the nuclear theory community interested in FRIB physics to:

• Identify and prioritize the most important physics to be addressed by FRIB, and to support FRIB's experimental program
• Act as a forum and a voice for the nuclear structure/reaction, nuclear astrophysics and fundamental symmetries theory community as it works to enhance the nuclear theory effort in the U.S.
• Partner with the FRIBUO and Executive Committee to promote FRIB science

The FRIB Theory Alliance has also now been formed to help foster advancement in theory related to diverse areas of FRIB science. See the Theory Alliance website for more information on the theory efforts toward FRIB.

Membership - Please join!

To join the FRIB Theory Users Group, please join the FRIB Users Organization and click on the special checkbox "I also wish to join the FRIB Theory Users Group". For those who are already members of the FRIB Users Organization, please send an email to Filomena Nunes to join the Theory Users Group.
